Since we prefer to train according to our own needs, our aim is to take on good trainees as qualified skilled workers once they have completed their apprenticeships. We attach great importance to sustainable qualification, and offer opportunities for further training even after an apprenticeship is completed.

For an apprenticeship at ADL, we require an intermediate school leaving certificate. But we are also happy to receive applications from high school graduates, and from students who would like to reorient themselves. The apprenticeship usually lasts three years and takes place directly at ADL.
