DC Power Supplies HX 150 - HX 350

The very compact design, with ½ 19” width and 5 HU height, is especially designed for installing directly in the production plant without cabinets. The HX has mounting flanges and can be integrated or attached to the plasma chamber in any position. The display can be swiveled and separated from the power supply. Efficient water cooling ensures highest reliability even in non-air-conditioned rooms. In order to avoid condensation water, an external magnetic valve can be connected via the integrated temperature control. Output can be increased up to 280 kW in parallel operation. The special electronic design allows "Master-Slave" operation as well as parallel operation via interface combiner or directly via the PLC. The extremely fast arc handling works completely automatically, so that no parameters have to be set.

Accessories: With the AM 2/3, up to three identical DC power supplies (GX, HX, GSW) can be operated parallel for increased power with only one controller. The DC power supplies can also be interconnected with pulse generators and controlled via the AM 2/3 interface combiner. This makes available a center frequency power of up to 105 kW (with HX 350 / 800).
Accessories: With the MS 4 interface combiner, up to four identical power supplies can be operated in a master/slave combination. If, for example, four HX 350 are interconnected, an output power of 140 kW is available. In case this output power is insufficient, up to eight power supplies (280 kW) can be combined with the S 4 interface extension. The DC power supplies can also be interconnected with pulse generators and be controlled via the MS 4 interface combiner. This makes available a center frequency power of up to 280 kW.
